We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example, to maintain basic functionality and security). We do not run behavior-based advertising on the Service.

- Provide the Service (event listings, registration, waitlist management, and confirmations).
- Process payments and confirm registrations.
- Send emails related to the Service (for example, confirmations, waitlist updates, event notices, and cancellation-related messages).

- Supabase (database and authentication) to store event and registration records.
- Square (payment processing) to process payments.
- Resend (email delivery) to send transactional emails.
- Vercel (hosting) to deliver the website and run server functions.
We may also share information (a) to comply with law or lawful requests, (b) to protect the rights, safety, and security of Date Sprint, our users, or others, and (c) in connection with a business transaction (for example, a merger or asset sale).
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, keep records of registrations and payments, resolve disputes, and comply with legal and accounting requirements. We may anonymize or delete information when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. For example, we limit access to administrative tools and store cancellation tokens in a hashed form. However, no system can be 100% secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
If you signed up for event updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
If you registered for an event, you may receive a cancellation link by email (when available) that allows you to cancel your registration.
International processing
Our Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards when personal information is processed internationally.
Children
The Service is not intended for children. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.
