These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Date Sprint (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Event capacity is limited; registrations may be reserved, waitlisted, or confirmed.
- Payments are processed by Square when an event requires payment.
- Cancellations and no-shows are generally not refundable (see Cancellation Policy).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering for an event, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service
The Service helps you discover speed dating events and register for them. Event details (date/time/location/pricing/capacity) may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
Registration, reservations, and waitlist
When you submit a registration, we may place you into one of the following states depending on availability:
- Reserved: a spot is temporarily held for you for a limited time while you complete payment.
- Waitlist: if your category is full, you may be placed on a waitlist.
- Confirmed: your registration is confirmed once payment is successfully completed (when applicable).
If a reservation expires before payment is completed, your spot may be released and offered to someone else.
Payments
Payments (if any) are processed by Square. By purchasing a ticket/registration, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes/fees. We do not store your full payment card details.
Cancellations and refunds
If you receive a cancellation link, you may be able to cancel your registration using that link. Cancelling may offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
Cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. For details, see our Cancellation Policy.
If we cancel or materially change an event (for example, date/time/location), we may provide options such as moving you to a future event or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances and as required by applicable law.
Code of conduct
- Be respectful to other attendees and organizers.
- No harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., scraping, probing, or attacking).
- Provide accurate information when registering.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts events.
Assumption of risk
Speed dating is a social experience. You are responsible for your own choices and interactions. We do not guarantee outcomes (including that you will be matched with anyone), and we are not responsible for the conduct of attendees.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that event participation will lead to any particular outcome (including that you will be matched with anyone).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Date Sprint harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
