Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Date Sprint (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Operator and contact
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering for an event, you represent that you meet this requirement.
The Service
The Service helps you discover speed dating events and register for them. Event details (date/time/location/pricing/capacity) may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
Registration, reservations, and waitlist
When you submit a registration, we may place you into one of the following states depending on availability:
- Reserved: a spot is temporarily held for you for a limited time while you complete payment.
- Waitlist: if your category is full, you may be placed on a waitlist.
- Confirmed: your registration is confirmed once payment is successfully completed (when applicable).
If a reservation expires before payment is completed, your spot may be released and offered to someone else.
Payments
Payments (if any) are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a ticket/registration, you agree to pay the listed price and applicable taxes/fees. We do not store your full payment card details.
Cancellations and refunds
If you receive a cancellation link, you may be able to cancel your registration using that link. Cancelling may offer your spot to the next person on the waitlist.
Refunds are handled case-by-case at the organizer’s discretion, except where required by applicable law. If you would like to request a refund, contact us at fernandosilvadaluz@gmail.com.
Code of conduct
- Be respectful to other attendees and organizers.
- No harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., scraping, probing, or attacking).
- Provide accurate information when registering.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts events.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that event participation will lead to any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
