Cancellation Policy

Date Sprint hosts social speed dating events with limited capacity. When you register, we plan staffing, venue needs, and a balanced experience across categories.

- Refunds are limited. In most cases, cancellations and no-shows are not refundable (see “Refunds” below), except where required by applicable law.
- If you cancel, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.
- If we cancel an event or make a material change, we may offer options such as moving you to a future event or providing a refund, as appropriate.
How to cancel
If cancellation is available for your registration, we will provide a cancellation link by email. Use that link to cancel.
If you can’t find your link or need assistance, contact us (see “Contact” below).
Refunds
Cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If you cancel, your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist. This helps us keep events as balanced as possible.
Support requests do not guarantee an exception to this policy.
If we cancel or materially change an event
In rare cases, we may need to cancel an event or make material changes (for example, date/time/location). If that happens, we may offer options such as transferring your registration to a future event or providing a refund, depending on the circumstances and as required by applicable law.
This is a social event
Date Sprint is a social experience. We do not guarantee you will be matched with anyone or that you will have any particular outcome from attending.
